Real Estate Pre-Buy Inspection and now offering Pre-Sell Inspections.

Why a Pre-Sell Inspection? If you're selling a home, you'll get the highest price in the shortest time if your home is in top condition. Demanding buyers will often insist on a professional home inspection performed by an inspector they choose and hire. If the buyer's inspector finds one or more significant problems or issues, these can quickly cause the buyer to get cold feet, and your sale may fall through. At best, surprise problems uncovered by the buyer's inspector will cause delays in closing, and you may have to pay for repairs at the last minute, or worse, accept a lower price for your home.
